1. Introduction

Welcome to Walk Fit Win, a mobile application owned and operated by Kingdom Builders Publishing Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Walk Fit Win app (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Eligibility

By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You also agree that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. The App utilizes location-based services to provide an augmented reality experience. By using the App, you consent to our use of your location data for the purpose of enhancing your experience and offering rewards based on your activities. We do not use your location data for any other purpose, nor do we share it with third parties.

6. Rewards and Prizes

The App may offer rewards, prizes, or incentives to users based on their activities within the App. These rewards are subject to change at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. All rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items unless specified otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are the exclusive property of Kingdom Builders Publishing Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the App without our express written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit or post any content within the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for any purpose. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any activity that is harmful to other users or the Company.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content or the operation of the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingdom Builders Publishing Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
